Think of this wiki as a shared online whiteboard. Your entire group can share information using this wiki, making your research accessible to everyone. Play around with this wiki: Notice how you can add comments to a page, see what people have changed, and edit all the text.

Style Guide

Before you begin working take a look at the Style Guide. It will walk you through how to work on a wiki. It can take a little getting used to, but it's pretty easy.

 

Editors

PB Wiki has two editors

Classic Mode, which lets you use the Wiki markup language. It is pretty easy to learn and kind of cool, but you have to learn a little wiki code. (The Style Guide refers to the Classic Mode)

Point and Click, which lets you edit just like on a blog or a word processor. Click here to learn about how this one works. It is much easier to use.

 

You can switch between them on the upper right hand corner of any page you are editing.
